Cookie Fairy Sweets

A while back a friend offered me a big oats and raisins cookie to take home after a wonderful party at her house.   The next day after not eating breakfast or lunch I decided to give the cookie a try. A quick pick me up.  I do have a baby after all. If any mother out there get a chance to eat let me know!  Anyway with the first bite my mouth was screaming,"BEST COOKIE EVER!" That's saying a lot from a person who does not have a sweet tooth (unless it's my mom's flan).

Here are the reasons why I love this cookie from Cookie Fairy Sweets: 

1. It's a 4 ounce cookie. Great when you have a baby. Just hold the baby in one hand and eat the cookie with the other. One cookie is equivalent to several cookies from other brands. My husband will tell you that I like things miniature: mini muffins, mini waffles, mini cookies....NOT WITH THIS. The bigger the better.

2. It tastes soft and fresh like you just baked it in your own oven. But surprisingly, the cookie are bought frozen. You can either thaw it at room temperature or eat it frozen.  I  microwaved my cookie  for 30 seconds and it came out with just the right amount of softness and deliciousness.

3. It taste just right. Not too sweet with just the right amount of raisins and oats.
